Shotcrete-based 3D printing drives productivity and sustainability in the manufacturing of precast concrete elements. The no-formwork process increases flexibility, speed, and quality of manufacturing – while being open to both traditional steel reinforcement and new fiber concepts. Aeditive’s 3D printer, the  Concrete Aeditor, provides a turnkey integrated solution to precast manufacturers and plays a central role in their Digital Manufacturing strategy. In this talk we are going to explore the technology’s potential along the customer case study of German precast manufacturer Glatthaar Starwalls.
