We provide a fully integrated digital system for prefabrication of concrete reinforcement (rebar) cages. From the start our parametric design tool helps to reduce steel consumption, up to 20% in previous projects. It also automatically generates the production instructions for the humans & machines and uploads them into our cloud backend. We also provide mobile robotic factories for large infrastructure projects. Thanks to cutting edge robotics they produce high quality cages with high productivity. The factories are also cloud connected. Monitoring and administrative processes such as quality, delivery notes & invoicing can be integrated through API.
