Many of our offers are already included in your participation price and give you significantly more visibility.
Visitor marketing
Optimum results for minimum effort—we support you in attracting visitors with professional invitation and contact management to address your interested parties directly. Retain existing customers and gain new customers.
Exhibitors and co-exhibitors have the possibility to order online vouchers via the Exhibitor Shop. Use them to invite your customers and partners to your trade show booth. Afterwards, you can use the ticket registration to evaluate all redeemed vouchers—easily and conveniently. Please remember that the success of your trade fair participation depends to a large extent on how well you have managed your visitor marketing in advance.
New: Branding of online voucher tickets:
You can now add your branded banner to your online voucher tickets as well as the landing page for redeeming the voucher tickets so that every visitor who books tickets via your voucher code is literally accompanied by your company. This product can also be booked in the exhibitor shop.
With the lead tracking products, you as an exhibitor can simply record all visitor information digitally and in real time at the touch of a button by scanning the barcodes on the visitor badges. This gives you access to the visitor's registration data, which you can edit individually and supplement with additional information.

Online Exhibitor directory: Participants from all over the world look for information on exhibitors and their offers before, during and after the trade fair.
Visitor Guide and app: This printed planner, with a high circulation, is available to visitors free of charge at bauma on site. Placing an advertisement or a logo in the Visitor Guide and/or app will enable you to reach many potential customers and will facilitate visitors’ navigation to your stand.

Messe München offers you the opportunity to publish your current press releases, your company profile, new products and / or a press photo in an electronic press box on bauma's webpage—in the bauma exhibitor directory. Journalists can use the electronic press compartments to get a quick overview of your trade show topics and innovations - a practical tool, especially for preliminary reporting. The entries will appear online on the bauma exhibitor directory under "Exhibitors—Press Information".
